SURF WITH
LOS HOBOS
Private and semi-private lessons in Kedungu's quiet line-ups. Calm coaching, safe progression, no pressure.
Book a LessonMore Than a Surf Lesson. A Full Bali Rhythm.
At Los Hobos, surfing is not treated as a separate activity. It belongs naturally to the rhythm of the village. A surf lesson becomes part of that experience.
You are not just booking a surf session. You are joining a community where training, recovery and nutrition all come together in Kedungu. Come here to feel good in your body, spend time outdoors, move with intention, and be surrounded by people who value the same kind of lifestyle.
All Levels, All Tailored
All lessons are fully customised and tailored to your level — private (1:1 coach) or semi-private with up to 2 people of the same level.
First-Time Surfers
If you've never surfed before, or only had a few lessons and want to start the right way.
Building Confidence
If you've been surfing for some time but need more confidence, better timing, and clearer guidance.
Off-the-Grid Spots
If you want to surf in unique spots away from the busy line-ups around Canggu and Kuta.
Your safety always comes first. Because surfing takes place in the ocean and requires physical effort, lessons may not be suitable for people with serious heart conditions, severe asthma, vertigo, epilepsy, recent injuries, or any medical condition that could become dangerous in the water. All participants must also be able to swim, feel comfortable in the ocean, and stay calm in changing water conditions.

Come back, refuel, recover
After the session you'll do the video analysis and get back to Los Hobos to refuel and recover.
Quiet Line-Ups,
Real Bali
Kedungu and its surrounding spots offer a different kind of surf experience: quieter than Canggu, more natural than Kuta, and surrounded by the kind of landscape that still feels deeply connected to Bali.
Black-sand beaches, rice fields, open coastline, and a slower village rhythm give you space to breathe before you even step into the water. Waves are usually mellow, playful, and suitable for all levels.
Every lesson is planned around the day's ocean conditions, tide, and your level — your coach chooses the safest and most suitable spot to go.

Calm Coaching. Safe Progression. No Pressure.
Surfing can feel intimidating at first. That's why the lesson is designed to feel simple, safe, and supportive from the beginning. You won't be pushed into conditions that don't match your level.
You'll learn how to read the ocean, handle the board, respect other surfers, and build confidence one step at a time. The goal is not just to stand up once — the goal is to understand what you're doing, feel safer in the ocean, and actually enjoy the process.
